Reed Diffuser Base – (25% ethanol 75% DPG)

Coconut Oil Fractionated (Coconut MCT) is a stable almost odourless but with a slightly sweet oily coconut character, carrier oil. It has a very light texture with fast absorption into the skin. Ideal for mixing with other heavier carrier oils or blends (10-50%) to lighten skin feel and aid quicker absorption. Produces an even lighter effect when mixed 50/50 with iso-Propyl Myristate (IPM). Can be used as a solvent in perfumery compounds where its sweet natural coconut oilyness can be utilised as a blender in sweet and fruity fragrances but due to poor solubility with ethanol, water, resins, citrus oils (terpenes), powders and crystals make sure to test well first.

Low odor: Mild odor. Slightly Fresh Solvent character Fruity Citrusy Green Soluble in water yet high solubility with fragrance compounds too. Unique volatility properties making it suitable for air freshener applications with up to about 30% in the finished product with other solvents, alcohol, glycols etc. Helps adjust and stabilize the perfume evaporation rate and minimize changes during evaporation. In surfactant water-based products helps reduce the amount of solubiliser required.

Palm Oil Fractionated (certified from renewable sources) is a stable almost odourless, carrier oil. It has a very light texture with fast absorption into the skin. Note: We have found it tends to produce sour notes over time with some resinoids and wood oils.
